After losing her mother to cancer at just three months old and later facing her own cancer diagnosis, Christian Dillard transformed adversity into a mission of helping others.
Today, she serves as a mentor, nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate dedicated to helping youth discover their purpose and realize their potential.

Why She Leads
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Christian Dillard turned her personal challenges into a mission to uplift inner-city youth through guidance, support, and opportunity. Reflecting on what she felt was missing while growing up, she made the decision to give back by providing the mentorship, resources, encouragement, and direction she wished she had received. Through Guidance to Purpose Through Support (GPS), she is committed to helping every child discover their purpose, identify the steps needed to achieve their goals, and receive the guidance and support necessary to believe that their dreams are possible.
